How can we help?
Getting Started
Create your free account and verify your email address, then open an exam, Practice activity, or access option that suits you. You can take mock tests in an interface designed for each exam, practise specific question types in Practice, and track completed work from My Panel.
Exam and practice content is available for e-TEP, TOEFL iBT, IELTS, PTE Academic, TELS, e-YDS, and YÖKDİL. You can see the content included in your access on the My Exams and Practice pages.
The exams are not placed into one common screen. TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, e-TEP, and the other exams use interfaces, section flows, and question interactions designed for their own exam experience, so you can practise both the questions and the way the exam works.
You can try exams with a free Demo from the Demo section on the home page. No paid package is required for the Demo; create a free account and sign in to experience the exam interface and return to your completed result later.
Enter your target exam date and study frequency to create a personal study plan. The plan suggests daily work from Practice content available to you, and you can choose to receive reminder emails.
Tap or click an image in a question that can be enlarged. On mobile, pinch with two fingers and drag the image; on desktop, use the mouse wheel, dragging, or the zoom controls.
Exam & Practice
Practice lets you focus on a specific question type instead of taking a full exam. You can see how many questions are available, completed, and remaining, then start the activity you want directly.
For eligible Practice questions, use the “Check answer” button. You will see whether your answer is correct, partially correct, or incorrect, and you can review any available explanation or feedback in the same activity.
Yes. Unfinished Practice work is saved, so you can continue from where you left off when you return to the same question type. You can also track completed work from your Practice progress.
The My Practice Progress section shows total, completed, and remaining questions for each exam and question type, helping you see where you may want more practice.
Turn on the Practice translation option on your Profile page. When enabled, a Turkish translation button appears on supported Practice question and result content, and you can turn it off again at any time.
Retake availability can vary by exam or access option. When an exam can be taken again, the relevant action is shown on My Exams or in your result history.
AI-assisted evaluation may be available for eligible Speaking and Writing tasks. Feedback follows criteria relevant to the exam and is intended for practice; it is not an official exam result or a guarantee of an official score.
In some free Demo exams, your Speaking and Writing responses are saved but evaluated after eligible access covering that exam type becomes active. Reading, Listening, and other automatically scored sections are evaluated normally.
If a “Report a problem” option is shown with the question, use it to send a short description. Your report will be reviewed, and you may be notified through the contact options linked to your account when it is resolved.
Results
Reading, Listening, and other automatically scored questions are calculated when the exam is completed. If Speaking or Writing needs evaluation, those section scores are added when the evaluation is complete.
You can track completed exams in My Results. In the result details, you can review your scores together with any answers, correct answers, explanations, and evaluation feedback available to you.
For completed exams, the approximate equivalents of your score in other exams are calculated automatically on the result screen. This comparison is for preparation and general level guidance and does not replace an official score-conversion decision by an institution.
Access & Packages
Choose single-exam access if you only want one specific mock test, a package if you want the included exam and Practice content together, or full-content access for broader preparation. The purchase page shows the duration and included content for each option.
After your payment is completed successfully, access is added to your account. You can see the unlocked content on My Exams and Practice and start it directly.
Single-exam access unlocks only the selected mock test. Packages can unlock the exams and Practice content listed on the package card. Full-content access gives you the included exam and study content for its active period.
My Panel shows the end date, remaining time, and included content for active access. You can renew expired individual access by purchasing an available option.
First refresh My Panel, My Exams, and Practice pages and make sure the payment was completed. If the content is still locked, contact us from the Contact page with your order information.
Open My Panel > My Invoices to see the invoice status of completed orders. When available, you can open the sales invoice and, after a refund where applicable, the refund invoice from the same page.
My Account
Check your inbox, spam/junk folder, and promotions tab if available. Delivery may take a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, sign in and resend the verification email or contact us from the Contact page.
You can register with supported personal or institutional email addresses. To use free access provided by an institutional subscription, use the email address issued to you by your institution.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address. You can create a new password from the link sent to you.
After signing in, use the password section on your Profile page to set a new password. If you do not know your current password, use the “Forgot password” option.
You can close your account from the account deletion option on your Profile page. Payment and invoice records that must be retained for legal reasons may be kept separately from your account information.
You can reach us from the Contact page. Our current email, phone, and address details are also listed there.
Institutional Access
You may have free access if your institution has an active subscription. Access may start after you verify your institutional email, or if your institution uses access codes, you can enter the code provided to you on My Panel.
First verify your institutional email address. Then enter the valid code provided by your institution in the “Free access with institution code” area on My Panel to start your access.
If your institution’s free-access quota is full, you can submit a request for additional places from My Panel. If you do not want to wait, you can also continue with an available individual access option.
If your institution is linked to your account, you can see its subscription and free-access status on My Panel. If free access has not started, the page may also show institution-code, quota, or request options available to you.
Your institution may not yet be covered by institutional access. You can send an institutional subscription request from My Panel or the Contact page, and you can also tell your library, language school, or relevant unit that you would like access to this platform.
Log in, verify your email address, and open your Dashboard. If your institutional email matches a registered institution, it is detected automatically; otherwise, you can select it from the list. Duplicate requests from the same user are prevented.
You must be logged in and, when email verification is required by the platform setting, you must verify your address. A second record is not created if you have already submitted a request. If verification is incomplete, check your inbox and spam folder.
Your request is recorded and may be used when discussing access with your institution. If suitable contact details are available, the request may also be shared with the institution; contacting your institution directly can help move the process forward.
Verifying the email address issued by your institution links your account with that institution. This allows eligible free access to be added to your account or shows you any next step, such as entering an institution code.

For an institutional subscription request, use the institutional access area on My Panel or the Contact page.
